The bill (Reg. No. 3270) suggests a new version of part 5 of article 8 of the Law “On State Registration of Legal Persons and Sole-Proprietors”, under which amendments to the constitutive document can be signed by the administrator of a legal person, or a person authorized by the body that approved these amendments. Subjects of legislative initiative believe that adoption of the abovementioned amendments will significantly simplify the procedure of state registration of amendments to the constitutive document of legal persons; facilitate conduct of business in Ukraine; and promote fighting corruption.
Committee members expressed several remarks to the bill in the process of discussion. Attention was attached to the opinion of the Central Scientific Experts Office of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Secretariat.
